Created in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, CARD is the world’s most complete contact allergen database that helps people suffering from contact dermatitis avoid potential allergens and prevent allergic outbreaks.
Avoiding products that cause allergic reactions is typically difficult for people given most allergen names are long, difficult to spell, and commonly have numerous complex synonyms. Additionally, some product packages do not have a full listing of ingredients, and people often incorrectly assume that the product is therefore safe to use.
